d) Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law
As personal data owners, we have the following rights that can be preserved under Article 11 of the Law:
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information regarding the interception of personal data,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting the information of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that third parties to whom personal data have been transferred be notified of this transaction,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the malfunctions are eliminated despite being processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting this ability and a third notification in which the transaction data is transferred in case the personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to the person by ensuring that the processed recorded and exclusively automatic systems are analyzed,
• Requesting compensation for damages in case personal data is processed illegally or damaged.
